"We probably got off on what would have been a bad start with someone
else. We contacted Andy about
two years before we were ready
to build. When we finally had
our new house plans drawn up and
ready to go, we were shocked to
learn that Andy didn’t want to
build those plans on our
property. The property had been
cleared and some of the fill for
the foundation brought in. What
could be wrong? That’s when we
learned just how much we could
trust Andy with our new home.
He didn’t want to build those
plans on our property because he
suspected that we might have
foundation problems several
years down the road, and he
didn’t want that for one of his
customers."
