Andy walked us through the entire process from start to finish. He put in a great deal of time and effort into ensuring that we knew every cost up front. We found the allowances to be generous and were easily able to stay within budget. All of the contractors did excellent work. We could go on and on about the cabinetry, stone work, and tile. Ultimately, we ended up with a beautiful home. Throughout the process, the only surprise was that there were no surprises -- no surprise costs, no surprises with the building process, and no surprise problems with our home.

We’ve been in our house for just about two years now, and we continue to feel that we made a great decision in choosing Andy to build our home.

As a home builder and business professional, Andy Dean with Dreams-2-Reality is truly top notch. My wife and I were very impressed with his attention to detail throughout the building process. Andy spent several hours during our initial meeting working to clearly identify what we wanted in a home. Upon our 2nd meeting, Andy presented an excel spreadsheet breaking down all costs and options for construction. Clearly, Andy brings his former corporate business experience into his home building, a fact that eliminates confusion as the numbers are all presented in an understandable fashion. Andy uses the same subcontractors and has high standards of quality. With Andy's and the cabinet painter's help we were able to easily coordinate our main wall colors with all aspects of the kitchen without hiring a decorator. Along those same lines, Andy is very creative and quite helpful in suggesting changes necessary to create a truly custom home with eye appeal.

During the construction process, Andy makes sure the home owner is informed and included in all important decisions. I remember our electrical walk-through took around 2 hrs but allowed us, with the electrical contractor and Andy, to properly place all lighting and switches. As to expediency, we were in in under 6 months and don't feel like the product was rushed in any way. Andy's use of conventional slab with a 3rd party inspector is another big selling point. We have neighbors with stained concrete and cheaper slabs that have many more unsightly cracks. We have been in our home nearly 4 years and have only miminal settling cracks. I can't say enough good things about Andy and the building team he has created. We received a truly custom home and had a great building experience. Thank you Andy!
